Chapter 6

Summary: Your anger gets Daemon in a bit of a trouble. Something really awful is going on at the king's landing wellness center.

You found yourself idly picking at your cuticles as you waited for Dr. Vis to enter his office. You had been called in for a discussion and your gut told you that it was about Daemon. Despite working at the center for two years now, you couldn't even remember the last time the two of you had shared a full sentence but since Daemon had arrived you were on his radar for some reason.

As you heard him entering the office, you stood up to greet him. However, Dr. Vis gestured for you to sit back down,

"You are Y/m/n's daughter, correct?" Dr. Vis asked you as you sat down. You nodded, feeling a rush of emotions at the mention of your mother “She was a lovely lady, always so polite and warm” he commented but you couldn't really tell whether he was genuine with his compliment or not. You didn't think of him as a person who'd remember a custodian of all people.

My heart dropped completely for Tanya but my first thought was did Daemon do it? Or was it Dr.Vic?

I believe it's very chivalry for him to attack anyone that even remotely talks bad about Y/N and it's very adorable that he consists her a friend (even though I want them to be more than just friends 😢😢😢)

He definitely cares about her but I don't think any of them see each other as just friends, they're not in love (yet) but there's a deep level of understanding between them which is rare

Why bigger blogs in loki fandom can't stop stealing ideas from the smaller ones or the ones with less readers?

Some of you all have no courtesy to reblog/comment on fics if you're not getting the same in return but then you continuously stalk our blogs to steal ideas and plot points (and I'm not talking about tropes here, I'm taking about the individuality of a character) and then you write a one shot based on that very idea, just so you can tag hundred of your besties in the group and gain notes and appraisals. How does it work? Come up with your own shit for once. It doesn't really surprise me because most of these blogs are Pro in gif stealing but like don't be such a loser.

This used to happen before as well while I was writing for Loki but it surprises me now because Every Daemon series i have written so far is only being read by a few people, I'm hardly getting 50 notes on each chapter but I'm finding bits and pieces of it scattered around in several loki fics and it's disgusting. Come up with your own traits for your characters, use your brain, it's pretty obvious that some of you can write and write well but don't take my uniqueness, something that I come up with on my own and blend it into your fics (especially when you have hundreds of readers) when you are refusing to acknowledge my presence at the same time. Don't steal from me and my mutuals whose fics you can't bother to reblog and support.

I'm not even going to tag this because for those it's intended for will find it since they have the habit of stalking.

I'm not an eloquent writer, English is not my first language so it feels really disheartening when I see these blogs pick up and steal things I had come up with. And some of my writer mutuals feel the same way.

Personally, if you're going to steal or do the same idea then at least have the courtesy to ask or give credit. It isn't hard to reblog or DM the person for permission. It's really unfortunate sometimes that most don't have the manner to ask. I get that people have the same ideas, which is a different case, but if you're actually inspired or is trying to copy them then ASK. Don't be ashamed to do it.

Chapter 5

Summary: Daemon finally gets sent to the lone ward.

“Tell me something sexual about yourself” Daemon asked as he watched you tidy up his room like everyday, he was laying on his front half naked, his chin situated on his forearms as he spoke, with the ever so present mischievous glint in his eyes.

“And why would I do that?” You replied, keeping your tone light-hearted but playful at the same time.

“Because we are friends now aren't we? That's what friends do” he mumbled softly so you looked at him momentarily before you went back to dusting.

Why you got to make me cry at the end? 😭😭😭😭 Like I'm generally heartbroken 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

What's more heartbroken about is Daemon's life; how no one really protected him, older woman taking advantage of him and trying to play it off like he's a type of macho Man even though he's hurting inside.

I do believe he is a type of half angel half dragon, also I think he stopped plucking out his wings because it's showing baldness I'm assuming.

Awh i didn't mean to buy life happens :(

At sixteen, from a hormonal teenager pov's it might have seemed like an achievement but as an adult I'm sure he realises how wrong it was, he just didn't want to seem vulnerable by accepting it.

Unfortunately, this is true. It's not only disheartening, it makes me sad, too. As a writer myself (I'm not an eloquent writer either and my native language is German), I know how hard it is to write in a language that isn't your first language, and things like the things you mentioned in your post @lokisprettygirl , are very discouraging and might make me quit writing. Sometimes it takes me days until I'm satisfied with a chapter and even then I'm always struggling with it (is the vocabulary right, is the grammar correct? Does the content even make sense?). I put so much time, effort and all of my heart into every single chapter or one-shot... But as long as writing makes me feel good and keeps me distracted from my daily routine, worries, and cares I'll stay here and try to give my very best for everyone who's so kind to read my fics and praise me with likes, reblogs and lovely, encouraging comments 💚

Yes, never ever give up dear, at the end you're unique in your capabilities and nobody can take that away from you. I just had to rant as it has been happening since I started writing and has only gotten worse with time.
