The Greatest Partner

Having lost his grandfather and that traumatic game where nobody went for his toss and the ball just dropped. At Kageyama's lowest moment both in life and in volleyball he met Hinata. He met the greatest partner.

Hinata told him "I'm here". That person who will spike any toss Kageyama sets. That person who also told him "As long as I'm here you're the best."

Before he met Hinata he runs alone. But now he has this partner who will run as insanely fast as him and get lost in this mad dash together.

Before he met Hinata nobody will do extra practice with him. But with Hinata they will be yelled at together for practicing till very late.

And they both wanted to play for as long they can.

Hinata is that person who shares the same degree of passion and love for volleyball. They were both blessed to have met each other's greatest partner. They helped each other to be greater and be the best they can be.

Hinata being that one person, Kageyama’s grandfather promised he’ll meet someday… I’m okay.
