i am so bad with starters, but i always want to interact with everyone, and this is, in my opinion, the best way to do it. 

Normally Aurora wouldn’t have been caught off guard by such things but her mind had been elsewhere and not paying attention to her surroundings when they attacked. They hadn’t bitten her but had wounded her. She was bleeding out but she was healing herself when the unknown boy came along. She quietly watched him take them out, it was hard not to feel embarrassed that she had allowed anything like this to overwhelm her. After everything she’d been through, damn vampires had nearly killed her. 

There was no excuse for this even though she really couldn’t help when her mind decided to try and piece her memories back together. Granted she was a lot better at staying present the current time, there were still moments where she lost all track of things. This had been one of those moments, if only it were easier to predict when such episodes were going to take place. She swore to herself as she sat up a bit once they were all dust. To him, it must have looked like she was unconscious but she had been merely trying to heal herself and gather enough magic to do some elemental damage.

 “Thanks…”

This was such a rookie mistake but it seemed she made those a lot when she lost herself. It was a shock she hadn’t gotten herself killed yet, though sometimes she wondered if it was better if she just gave up on everything, and allowed it to happen. Her life was hell and her past was a nightmare. It was hard for her not to feel like she got the short end of the stick. It kind of pissed her off, why couldn’t she live a normal life, and be a normal person? Why had this…happened to her? “Aurora by the way…”  @notyourregulargirls

—{ ϟ ☭ ϟ }— Oh! She was awake after all. “S’not a problem at all.” He says watching her closely. Unsure of if he should still take her to the Academy. Though if he did, it would be less likely that she would get attacked again by those vile beasts. No instead he’ll take her to the Hunter’s Association. 

“Haa..pleasure. Sinclair Bronislav. ‘ot to sound rude or anything, but I think that it might be best if you come ‘ith me back to my workplace..” 

After she looked as though she could do with some real rest and decent meal. Which there might not be much to offer at the Association, but he would do his best.
