Yep. That is Jack Eichel on the Buffalo Sabres in Joey's first NHL game. (Joey did not win. It was a 5-2 loss, and Jack scored on him in the third period.)

(Immediately after they show that, you see Joey's "Welcome to the NHL" moment, when he attempts to play the puck and falls down. 🥺 Joey has been giving his fans heart attacks his whole career!)
