My friend Lindsay Amer is making a show that’s kind of amazing - it’s called Queer Kid Stuff.
She and her teddy bear, Teddy, have set out to eliminate LGBTQ+ stigma by educating future generations with their web series. Lindsay and her team have been working their butts off for years and succeeded in working with Teen Vogue, Gladd, The Trevor Project, and a bunch of other awesome organizations.
Queer Kid Stuff is currently fundraising to create the next two seasons and could really use your support.
They need to raise another $9,000 before Friday on Kickstarter to unlock the $9,000 she’s raised so far!

The thing that gets me about the final though? Decima being a killswitch for humanity and what that means for Hilbert. Yeah, he wasn't exactly a good guy, but like. Lost his sister when he was young, dedicates his life work to overcoming death, crosses the moral event horizon for that cause, betrays, kills, willingly goes through persecution for what he believes in, dies, and not only is Decima a killswitch, it was Lovelace's blood that healed Doug in the first place, not Decima. Just. Ouch.

it takes a while for anne to get in touch with eiffel once he gets back to earth because, amnesia or not, he’s still the reason she’s deaf
but once she does i like to think that she’s a big part of his pop culture reeducation. so like, minkowski and hera and lovelace will make him watch old movies (”groundhog day is a classic, doug, of course you loved it before”) while anne will shove YA novels and kid’s cartoons at him and show him how to use twitter
honestly eiffel doesn’t understand half of it but he’ll give it a shot for his kid. he’s weirdly up-to-date on memes so no one else can understand what he’s saying still

Okay as much as it sucks that he lost his memories Eiffel is gonna get to rehave the experience of reading the hp series for the first time and watching Star Wars and all the John Hughs films and watch tv shows like Friends and Fresh Prince and shit and everything and re-experience the excitement and emotions AND he’ll get to do it with his friends family right by his side
