It was,  a good day for Justice. But than these small fry were nothing to put effort into, especially for people like him who were regarded as monsters to begin with. Learning the basics of haki without Zephyr sensei, was a difficult task and so he would have to go to the man who used it most. The hero Garp, so to the main marine head quarters it is.

Slowly he realized that there was a giant hawk following him.
….something wasn’t right about that hawk, the locals didn’t mention that being a native bird and immigration of other bird species isn’t happening for a while…
  ….
His fists were now displaying fumes again, something just isn’t right about that bird….

Marco noticed that the man seemed tense, it was like the air current he was riding wanted to push away, so he let it and found himself heading towards the inner city.

Danger, his instincts screamed at him. That man would be very dangerous one day.

Polo had found his spot, one near the first dock. He set up a mat and a basket to get more into character. The bangles on his ankles clicked as he prepared further. Getting his outfit secured- more around his chest than anywhere else least his pride be seen and ruin his rouse- and then he began to dance. The movements of his feet and legs went in a seamless manner as his stomach and then arms. His dance was like that of a skilled warrior.
Or one might say a skilled warriors way of fighting was like his dance, seamless and deadly but yet beautiful and entrancing. He hoped to use it to lure out those of power, because they would see the power he was showing off~

It took a little while till he had found him again. An eyebrow raising as he watched the way he started to dance. Not really a way that one should use with such narrow streets so near the water.

Taking his time, he sat down on the roof, the amber eyes not moving away from him. For now, he couldn’t tell if this was simply a dance or anything else. But one thing for sure, it didn’t raised really his interest. More of the opposide, as much as this one was showing off, it was hard for Lucci to hold his interest on him.

“Seems just to be a dancer.. Nothing to get steam off.” he mumbled very softly to Hattori on his shoulder. The pigeon coo-ed slightly to him, before the black pearls rested on the dancer again.

Polo’s dance stopped quickly and he saw one of his possible targets. A nicely built man with a hat and long but oddly square nose. Even from here Polo could sense the power within the unknowing man. Polo pulled something out of his pocket and wrote on it fast before it went right back in.

Back to his dance within seconds it looked simply like he had marked something off of a list and was moving onto a second dance. He moved vastly differently than the first dance but other than that nothing had seemed to change.

Pirates unconscious by suffocation on fumes, less dangerous than a fist to the stomach that is for certain, he leaves the pirates to be picked up by the marines in the area and makes his way back to town, aware of the scene he caused.

Marco had seen it all, not that he was about to help or anything. Those little ones weren’t good enough to even be in the grandline, let alone be on this side of the grandline. But that young marine, now he was one to keep an eye on.

Flames consumed the smirking man and in his stead stood a large fire consumed bird. Concentrating though the flames died out and he now just looked like a large blue hawk. Taking to the air he lazily followed the marine, a beautiful air drift carried him along.
