probably agnes would playfully tease and talk with frances when given the chance and frances is pretty much fine with it (she does think agnes is a bit odd but it's fine)

of course she does, although it's seldom, since she's probably busy with pilot training at the time.
in all honesty, she's really awkward when dealing with kids, but her and anatolii were able to vibe at the same wavelength somehow.
though a funny thing I'd imagine is that anatolii only realized that steph was a girl later on in his life.
