Hello! I’m Mod Poss, the sole founder and admin of this blog. Here at the Professional Prompt Maker, I write a ton of prompts. But this blog is unique from other prompt blogs: my askbox is an uncensored and judgment free zone, because I will write prompts for taboo topics (ex: incest, age gaps, cannibalism, etc.)*.

*NOTE: Specifically NSFW prompts are only available to my patrons.

For Worldbuilding:

  • This PDF (HARP Folkways for $15) -- an RPG guide that breaks down aspects of real world cultures to help you design your own cultures. Invaluable to me.
  • Azgaar’s Fantasy Map Generator (Free) -- a very in-depth and detailed mapmaker with all sorts of cool tidbits. Nothing has ever quite sparked my worldbuilding like designing a map that tells me the temperature, altitude, biomes, etc. of the countries/cities/worlds I’m designing. So much is customizable too, so don’t feel limited by what the map generates/suggests. All the details this map maker has really makes me reconsider clothing, holidays, architecture, etc. since so much about a society is shaped by it’s environment (works very well with the Folkways culture guide). [+ the creator has a Patreon]
  • MyNoise -- an ambience maker I am currently loving due to all the great high quality ambiences the creator makes and has up on their site.

Quick Notice

The queue (here and Patreon) ran out yesterday! Also yesterday I moved all my stuff to my new apartment. Currently we don't have internet, so until it's up and running, I likely won't be able to refill the queue. If I get any time to work on prompts in the rush, I will post the backlog when I have internet. These will be marked the same way I've done prior, with a "(Late)" tag.

I also need to still buy some essentials for the apartment, so if anyone wants to become a Patron or donate at Ko-fi or commission me (also on Ko-fi), that would help a lot!

Person A is a cupid, but the industry works a lot like a corporation and Person A is bent on unionizing. Person B is their grumpy coworker who surprisingly becomes their biggest ally in their fight for workers’ rights.

Adopt a Shelter Pet Day & Day of the Child & National Animal Advocacy Day & National Military Brats Day

Person A is a military spouse that gets news that their soldier partner has died and doesn’t know how to break the news to their kids so they bring their kids to get a much wanted pet. Person B is their animal savvy neighbor who helps them learn how to manage the pet and learns why Person A got it in the first place and disapproves, but continues to help them and their kids become good pet owners.

Day of Remembrance of all Victims of Chemical Warfare & National Peace Rose Day

Person A was a humanoid formed from a plant affected by chemical warfare, and came to awareness surrounded by death and suffering. Person B is a child they find in the rubble and who they decide to protect and care for, while Person B helps teach Person A how to behave and function like a human.

Biological Clock Day & National Kiss Your Mate Day & National Pet Parent’s Day & National Superhero Day & World Pinhole Photography Day

Person A was a homebody, making money off photographing people’s pets and young kids, but when they end up soul-mated to the city’s famous superhero, Person B, they don’t want to change their lifestyle for them. Person A also wants kids and Person B is scared of their kids getting targeted and plans to only have them when their retired, but with Person A’s insistence to remain out of the public eye and not knowing when Person B will retire, they decide to give the relationship and having a family a shot.

Independent Bookstore Day & Marine Mammal Rescue Day

Person A is a mermaid who is obsessed with books since they don’t have such things underwater and when they get a chance to live on land, gets their dream job at the local independent bookstore, run by Person B. Person B doesn’t know why Person A is so weird, has very little actual knowledge of books and reading, but Person A’s enthusiasm is appreciated.
