What I wanted to be a sweet, short drabble turned into this. Please be advised that this contains spoilers from Chapter 17 of the game as well subtle nods to Kiro’s Apricot Forest Date. Please read through the warnings carefully to see if this might be your cup of tea (no worries at all if it isn’t!). I hope you enjoy your read. ❤️
Game: Mr Love: Queen’s Choice Pairing: Helios/Reader (Female)/Kiro Rated: NSFW/18+ Words: 2380
Warnings: vaginal sex, voyeurism, multiple orgasms, double penetration, masturbation, spoilers for Main Story Chapter 17 and Kiro’s Apricot Forest Date. Summary: Kiro finds himself seeking the one woman he has always loved, even in lucid dreams. And he is not alone in his quests.
Kiro recognizes the slope of that back. Recalls the tapered digits of her trembling hand that reach to sink into silvery strands; fingers of the other… digging crescents into the stark, bold lines of the tattoo at the man’s shoulder. Throwing her head back in the throes of ecstasy before her companion tightens an arm around her waist to keep her suspended in that perpetual state of pleasure.
Even as she weakly rocks into his lap to chase her orgasm, fast and approaching, Kiro knows and feels it — the tightening of his own cock, an uncomfortable testament to the fact. To see the woman he loves riding another. No. A man much, much familiar than Kiro cares to admit.
That deep, rich voice rises from the depths of his mind and around him. The man on the bed; eyes flashing gold before they return to that familiar cold gray. The smile he angles at Kiro: an invitation, to see him frozen at the threshold of the gaudy hotel room. “Don’t wanna come closer? You’d like to see her once more, right… ‘Kiro’?” And despite that smile, Kiro notes the lack of warmth in that gaze — the cold of seas just before the storm.
He grits his teeth against the name that wants to spill from his lips, in accusation. Helios.
But is it really betrayal he feels when the man holding his lover is none other than his own self?
She reaches for Helios’ face then — his face — tears spilling from eyes that seek her lover’s form, even in the shape he has taken now; to protect what matters most to him. Just as the name that leaves her lips — Kiro — before she chases Helios’ mouth.
A hand curls into a cruel fist at the back of her head and pulls. Denying her what she wants. “I am not Kiro.” Helios spits out, teeth dragging across the tender skin of her throat before he bites down hard, wrenching a strangled moan from her.
Kiro crushes back the sound of protest he feels just at the cusp of his lips, to refute Helios’ claim. To tell him not to hurt her heart in this manner. Not her.
But he is this man. Keeping her at bay, just as he does. Protecting her from the shadows he fights so hard to keep her out of. The blood of countless spilled; he hides within dark crevices and behind dagger edged smiles. Selfish. Cruel…. Alone.
But Kiro had once been solely Helios. Solitary even amongst his own kind; mighty evolvers who sought to tear him down. The warmth of another human close; he never missed — for how was it possible to want what he’d never had from the start?
Until he met her. Until Kiro met her and then the desolation had started closing in. Mind-numbing fear to think of this woman he loved, someday disappearing from sight, out of disgust for what she would find: the other half of him.
And so Kiro had fought to keep the Moon buried deep within because wasn’t it his bright smiles she so loved? The endless light she always sought and found comfort in? She had always called him her Sun.
The scene in front of him shifts as Helios presses her face into the sheets, leaning over her back as he almost pulls out of her clenching walls; drawing back to the dripping tip of him. Before he slams back into her to hit that one spot Kiro knows Helios is aware of, as well as the back of his own hand. Her body; a map of which he’s always had programmed into him, be it as Helios or Kiro.
