Hired. - Prologue
Yâall thought the series were gone? Hell no. I had come up with this one last summer and wow... Itâs actually pretty damn good. If you want to song that inspired me to do this, Itâs âMonica Lewinskyâ by G-Eazy! Itâs just slow and mellow but also like... wow....
The is the prologue, to kind of give yâall an idea before the first chapter comes up! (if it ever comes up)

Okay letâs look at it like this. Picture a very successful looking Yoongi sitting at a nightclub bar, eyeing everyone who walked by. He glances down at his phone every now and then, giving a small smirk to a girl who would sit next to him. He puts his phone in his pocket for many reasons; so the girl doesnât see the headshot of a certain person along with a detailed description of him, and so he doesnât come off as suspicious to others (who would turn down a cute girl?).
He turns to the girl and starts flirting around, seeing the guy he was looking for walk inside the club. Yoongi excuses himself, bidding her a sad farewell, standing up and pulling his gun out without hesitation. Seconds later the man he needed is on the floor bleeding. Yoongi pulls out his phone and takes a few pictures, shoving his gun back into his pants before walking out.
He goes back to a certain house (his mansion, really), and waiting inside is his client. The pictures of the now dead man are presented to the client, the client letting out a heavy sigh before handing over a duffel bag filled with cash. The two shake hands, Yoongi giving a gentle reminder about the contract that forbid him from ratting him out or speaking of him. âFor all you know,â Yoongi would say, opening the door for his client. âI donât exist.â
He would glance at the girl who was standing next to his client throughout their talk, the girl standing with her arms crossed as Yoongi approached her with a smile. He would give her a sweet kiss on the lips, leaving her breathless as he moved away to rest a hand on her cheek. This girl was in charge of client relations- she would get things set out, order prices, clean his guns-- do everything to make sure he got paid well and didnât get caught. She would always have the news channel on, making sure that nothing was said about him or that no one mentioned him. And if they did, they would more than likely end up being bribed into staying quiet.
There was one time when he nearly got caught, and his wonderful girl of his was on top of it. At 3 in the morning she woke him up, moving him up and out of bed before throwing a glass of water in his face, getting him alert enough to understand her. âDonât speak, donât call anyone, just stay calm.â She would give him a slow blink before quickly rushing into her office, Yoongi following her quickly, wiping the water off of his face. She was already on the phone as he arrived, a name, phone number, and address pulled up on the screen. Not wanting to destroy her roll, he listened from a distance.
âYes, (insert name here), Iâm going to politely ask that you make some edits to your statement to the police. Mhm. Yes, I do know where you live, who else lives with you-- No Iâm not going to kill you- Iâm going to offer you a hefty bribe.â And from there, she reasoned with the now extremely vulnerable and persuadable woman about love and the two of them just trying to keep their loves safe-- and all was well. She hung up the phone, turning to Yoongi as she shut her phone.
âSheâs going to change up her statement a little, edit some facts and get your ass out of any more potential danger.â She stood up, eyeing Yoongi as she put on a coat and grabbed a small pencil case labelled â5,000 bribeâ before slipping a pair of shoes on. She gave Yoongi a peck on the cheek, Â mumbling âIâll be back,â before leaving and not returning until 3 hours later.
She walked through the door, letting out a small sigh as Yoongi approached her once more, not giving her time to greet him before he had his hands on her hips, capturing her lips in a passionate kiss as he slowly dragged her back into their bedroom.
âYouâre too good for me,â he mumbled against her lips, her laughter sending a small shiver up his spine.
Yoongi is the kind of assassin who gets his assignment, reads over their information ten or so times, and get straight to it. Heâd take his favorite gun with him, in a different outfit each time. Heâd give his favorite girl a kiss on the cheek before he waiting by the door, watching as she went and turned on the news for the n-th time that day.
A faint knock would be heard, a nervous person coming in with either a suitcase or a duffel bag filled with money, Yoongiâs precious girlfriend coming over and consulting with the client. She would show them a picture of the person, making sure that it was the right person before having them sign a very explicit contract, Yoongi watching from afar. He would sense the client's fear when he went to check for bullets, once more giving his girlfriend a kiss on the cheek.
He would leave and come back later, a picture of the person the client wanted dead on his phone, showing it to the client to confirm the death.
