Dragon 106 (February, 1986). Cover by Keith Parkinson, his first for Dragon. Nothing really wrong with most of it, but it doesn’t do much for me. I think her face, which seems rather mask-like and flat, is the problem for me.
That horse’s proportions are... disturbing.
Fantastic Four (2018) #3
I’m happy that Ben seems to finally be getting his personality back after the dark decades of just being sullen. Now if they’d just let him take up cigars again.
Looking at her body I thing she’s the Skrull
It’s 90′s comicbook art encapsulated into one panel. And people ask me why I gave up reading comics in ‘92.
Leonard Nimoy - In Search of… Bigfoot (1977)
I still remember how amazing it was to read their wedding issue as a kid, because comics just didn’t DO things like that.
Imperial “Burning” Godzilla!!
(The imperial mold was recycled a lot. No idea what the color intent actually was here, and the makers probably didn’t either - so he’s Showa Burning Godzilla to me!)
The Lego Movie is something that only happens once in life because you cannot recreate the experience of being dragged to "stupid marketing ploy to sell plastic bricks to 5 year olds" and 90 minutes later come out of "surreal cosmic horror comedy about the existential dread of artistic expression and the meaning of free will with commentary on capitalist oligarchy. To sell plastic bricks to 5 year olds."
Also.
A little web comic I did a few years back, to wish everyone a happy holiday season!
What a great quote.
"Your brain will eat whatever you feed it and your mental health will reflect that diet."

And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered.
And she brought forth ...
... her demon horse, called Black Death. A grim steed, so fierce in might and dark in color that he could stand as one with the night.
Manowar lyrics intercut really seamlessly with bible verses.
I hate how much D&D humor and memes are centered around “pissing off the DM” because, like, as a DM? If y’all intentionally derail my shit and disrespect my time, I’m out. Find a new DM.
More players need to realize that DMs are players, too, and deserve to have their hard work respected instead of instantly ripped apart for laughs. At some point “lol go write a book then” became the default response to DMs who are frustrated with how much they have to fight against their players’ chaos, and I’m not a fan.
It’s not unreasonable to expect players to play along with the story, engage with the world, and work together. Players who get their kicks by immediately murdering or seducing or otherwise harassing every single NPC they meet, or complain loudly about exposition and storytelling, or go out of their way to make sure the DM thinks the plot is stupid and they’re just there to wreck shit, are the fucking worst.
