Unlike his domineering mate Belette, Craigore the Destroyer is a quiet, mild mannered dragon who only wishes to please those around him.

Belette finds Craigore’s clinginess to be cloying, but tolerates it since his immense size and horrifying visage prevents humans and other dragons from bothering her. Craigore is simply happy to do Belette’s bidding if it means he receives any affection from her afterwards.

Craigore wishes one day for the two of them to share a lair. Belette isn’t keen on the idea of fully sharing a nest with Craigore, partly because she values her independence, but also because he sleeps on a bed of broken glass and barb wire.

With Greytooth past her prime, Belette has moved in to become the new matriarch of the region.

Far removed from the cave dwelling beasts, Belette was raised by human hands. After centuries of trying to slay them, mankind now dreams of turning dragons into their own personal lapdogs and flying horses. This has proven to not be a wise thing to try to do, and now Belette no longer lives with humans.

Don’t be fooled by those big goopy eyes and soft silky coat, she is a complete menace . While most dragons put their attention on keeping a lair, Belette is singularly focused on holding dominance over everyone and everything through whatever means possible. She really really hates Chuck.

The guardian of an ancient lost city, the once great hydra Thuban’s whole world was his ruin and the sea and sky above him. A bad run in with a hydrothermal vent left the serpent mangled and beached on the shoreline. His usually reliable regenerative abilities has been out of sorts since the accident, leaving Thuban a one-headed multi-tailed mess.

Having no clue how to even get back home, Thuban has been reluctantly living with other dragons on land. With his notions of what a dragon ought to look and act like thousands of years out of date, he can hardly believe that his new neighbours are dragons at all, and holds little interest in getting closer with them.

Some dragons rely on strength to make their mark. Others aims to dazzle.

Pyrite keeps an impressive hoard of human artifacts, all glass and aluminum and plastic, for as long as it’s the biggest and shiniest it is the best. She welcomes visitors with open wing, her charm has clearly made the others respect her and not wish to steal her plastic treasure. Her interest in humans extends beyond their use as trinket manufacturers. A weak dragon is still a dragon to a human, and are easier to impress. They call her terrifying but beautiful, gifting her their priceless glass jewelry and scritches to her glorious head.
