Bakugo for All + Inverse Copy: The MLA somehow got their hands on Himiko and use the slime her quirk makes in the Quirk making experiments. This plus inactive genetic elements inherited from Inko leads Izuku to develop a quirk copying via blood consumption Quirk. O type gives a 100% copy, A gives a weakened version that lasts longer, B gives an enhanced version that burns out quick and AB gives an inverse. Also, happy belated birthday!
