Eh that’s a little weird.

I’ve never had a nose piercing before - unless you’re thinking of my bridge piercing.

What's your strongest & weakest exercise at the gym?

Strongest one is hip thrusts with a PR of 120 kg.

Weakest is lateral raises with 6 kg dumbbells 🥲 (or 30 kg on the machine which I much prefer)

Right so leg press with 153 kg is now my strongest exercise and I think we need a moment of applause for my progress on this:
