Hey guys, it’s Eric. I know it’s been awhile since you guys heard from us. Life has been very busy. I’ve been working a lot and the kids been in school and doing their after school activities. Also, Nyla is doing great working from and the twins are doing.
Since I’ve been pretty busy these couple of days, it’s been really hard for me to teach Jennie how to ride her bike but finally today, I had time. We went to the park and we started.
At first, she was scared but then she started to get brave once she got the hang of it. I thought she was doing great so I let go of the bike and then 5 seconds she fell. She had a little scratch on her knee and cried a little. I told her that we can stop if she wanted to but she wanted to keep going. So she got back on the bike and kept on trying until she finally knew how to ride a bike.
That’s one of the many things I love about her, she’s not a quitter lol.
Hey guys, it’s Eric! Long time no see. I’ve been trying to get better at posting but my life is somewhat still hectic. Still trying to manage a household with 7 people is pretty difficult but we’re trying to take it one step at a time.
Since our lives been kind of hectic it’s been a while since I hung out with my boys. I decided to take Kris and Daniel to the bowling alley to bowl and just hang out with each other. I would’ve brought Asher with us but it would be kind of hard to have fun with an 1 month at the party. Most likely in the future Asher will join us for our guys night lol.
It was a lot of fun. It was just great to get out of the house and spend time together. The boys said they had a lot of fun which is what matters the most. I’m going to try to make a guys once a month and Nyla and I are going to try to post more on here lol.
Hey guys, it’s Nyla. I know I haven’t been on here lately. I’ve just been so busy with the twins. It can get very overwhelming but I’m glad that I have Eric by my side and also his parents and my parents. They helped me a lot these past couple of weeks. They even told me to get out the house and enjoy some fresh air. Since the twins came home I haven’t left my house. If I needed stuff done I would ask someone to do it for me. I knew I had to get out of the house because I would drive my self insane being cope up on the house. I call Mikelle (@reevespieces) and Aviana (@mommaneedssomewine) and told them to meet me at this local restaurant to have lunch. I wasn’t going to bring the twins with me but the girls begged me so they can see them. This is the first time the kids every went somewhere since they been home from the hospital and this was the first time I had them all by myself. I was so nervous that I was going to mess something up. I met the girls at the restaurant and they helped me out a lot. Aviana was trying to help out so much even though she had a little baby of her own. I guess they can sense that I was scared so they made sure to make me feel comfortable and calm. We had a great lunch and pretty much talked about everything. It was so relaxing and the twins loved it too. It was just so great to catch up with Mikelle and Aviana. Thanks for lunch girls. Also I’m very proud of myself because I can take the twins out by myself. I will most likely start doing that more but of course baby steps lol.
Happy birthday again Shyanne, Jezika & Aeryn! We are still celebrating the girls birthday even though their birthday was yesterday lol. Lance and I rented out Prism Art Studio so the girls and their friends can paint as much as they wanted too. A lot of their friends are from their old camp and they came out to celebrate her birthday. They haven’t been hanging out that much since camp but the girls was really happy to see their old friends. Thanks @mommaneedssomewine, @wearetheparks and @clannad2 for letting their little ones come. I hope they had a lot of fun today.
The kids walked around the art gallery and painted lots of pictures. The girls said the party was everything they wanted and more which made Lance and I proud that we pulled it off. The girls also said thank you to everyone that said happy birthday to them. Their really growing up into a sweet young ladies<3
Even though Daniel was the only boy, he said he had sooo much fun lmbo :D
Hey guys, it’s Eric again. It’s been very busy in my household these past couple of days. The kids started school yesterday and my in-laws are in town helping us with the twins. Nyla kind of didn’t want them here because she wanted to take care of the kids by herself but I told her it takes a village to raise a kid and we need all the help we can get. I don’t want the kids to stress her out and bring her to postpartum depression.
Since my in-laws have been in town, they taking a lot of pressure off of Nyla and she can get some sleep. Them being in town also helps me do all the errands that I need to do without being worried about Nyla. After school, Jennie, my little helper, came with me do to errands.
One of the errands I needed to do was go grocery shopping which Jennie loves to do. I rarely go shopping, but Jennie goes with Nyla all the time so having her here with me to do errands was very helpful.
Jennie said the sweetest thing once we were finished “I’ll try my best to help you and mom so don’t worry.” She’s literally an angel.
Hey guys, it’s Eric. It’s the first day of school! Summer just flew by so fast. The kids were excited for the first day of school but we all know they’ll be excited for the first day of school but next week, it’ll be so hard to get them out of their beds lol.
I can’t believe how big my kids are getting. This is Kris freshman year in high school, Daniel is a 5th grader and Jennie is in Kindergarten. Can you guys believe how big they are getting? I definitely cried when I drop them off from school. I know not to cry in front of them because they’ll say that I’m being uncool lol.
I wish time can stop and let me enjoy my babies. They are just growing up too fast. At least I have the twins that are babies but before you know it, they’ll be starting school too. I should not think about that, I’ll end up crying again lol lol.

Hey guys, it’s Nyla. I know Eric and I haven’t been on here lately to update you guys on the twins but we can finally announce that they are officially home. They’ve been in the hospital for a week and we finally got to bring them home today. We all couldn’t be happier to bring them home. Once we brought them home, Jennie immediately wanted to hold them. When the twins were in the hospital, the kids came up there a lot but couldn’t hold them because the twins were in the incubator. Jennie was very excited to hold them. She wanted to show them the house and have this big party for them lol. Kris also wanted to hold them. Daniel didn’t want to hold them yet, he said their too small for him which is so cute of him to say. I’m just happy to be back home. It actually feels like our family complete since we brought them home. Happy family❤️
Hey guys, it’s Nyla! The twins are finally here! I went into labor last night around 10pm which was great timing since Eric was at the hospital working. I was in labor for 16 hours and at 2:23pm our blessing Asher Dean Park was born and then at 2:27pm our miracle Amari Scarlet Park was born.
We really didn’t get to hold them that long. We cuddle with them for a little bit and then they both had to be put in the incubator in NICU since they were born 5 weeks before their due date. It’s kind of scary and stressful for us but Kris and I are really hopeful and are praying for them. I mean they been through so much and I know they’ll get through this too.
Kris and I really hope we don’t have to stay at the hospital for a long time especially since the kids want to see them and meet them. Just pray for our little miracle babies<3
How far along: 34 weeks! Weight gain?: 25lbs. Maternity Clothes?: Dresses. Mostly pajamas since I’m still in the hospital. Bump status: Sooo big. Stretch marks?: Some on my belly. Sleep: Getting some sleep. Baby purchases this week: Eric bought a lot of stuff for the twins nursery. Gender: Twins. A boy and girl. Movement: Their moving a lot more after the surgery. Hey guys, it’s Eric! How are you guys doing? I hope well. Everything is great now. Nyla is still on bed rest at the hospital but the babies are doing well. The doctors been checking on the twins and Nyla every day and everything is hoing well. The kids are doing great too. They are really enjoying their summer
I’ve been off of three days straight so I decided to do the twins nursery. Of course the kids helped a lot. I wouldn’t have got a lot done if it wasn’t for the kids. I also FaceTime Nyla to get her input on the nursery. She pretty much told me want to get and what to do with it lol.
Once the kids and I started decorating the nursery, it didn’t take us long to finish. The only thing that took long was putting the furniture together but Kris help a lot. Don’t think I could’ve had finished putting up the cribs without him.
I really like the nursery. I’m very proud of how it turned out. Can’t wait to meet the miracle twins<3

Hey guys, it’s Nyla blogging. I hope you guys are doing well. So much has happened in the last week.
So remember in my last pregnancy update, I said I wasn’t really feeling good and I had an doctor appointment? Well at the doctor appointment, the doctor told me that they had been watching for something called TTTS which is Twin To Twin Transfusion Syndrome. When TTTS happens it means that their blood vessels have fused together and they’re sharing nutrition, which is fine as long as they keep sharing it back and forth.
Our little girl had given all of the nutrients to our little boy and our little boy wasn’t passing any of it back. This means that our little boy had a ton of fluid around him to the point where his heart was beating overtime and he was about to go into heart failure. Our little girl, you couldn’t even see her individual sac that she was in. It was suctioned cupped to her body and they couldn’t find a bladder on her so she was technically starving to death.
So once I found that out, Eric and I found a doctor at the hospital where he worked at that does fetal surgeries. The doctor drained a liter of fluid off of the little boy sac, which was a ton for a little tiny baby. The doctor used a laser and they separate the blood vessels. So this surgery was either going to work and it was going to save our babies lives or it was gonna cause so much trauma that I was going to just deliver and would have lost them. There was just a 50/50 chance and Eric and I just had to go with it and go with our faith and prayer that everything was going to be okay.
I had the surgery yesterday and Eric and I had to wait 24 hours for results. Eric and I went and did another ultrasound and our little miracle babies had survived that very traumatic surgery. Now I’m on bed rest and the doctors been checking up on me. Eric haven’t left my side either. I just had to update you guys on everything. I’m just so happy that our little boy and little girl are okay<3

Baby purchases this week: Bought some decor for the nursery. Gender: Twins. A boy and girl. Movement: Not as much movement as before. Food cravings: Fruits. Food aversions: Nothing. Miss anything?: Not feeling sick. Belly Button In or Out?: Out. Rings on or off?: On. What I am looking forward to?: My check-up tomorrow. Our baby in veggie/fruit terms: Two Papayas.
