Hey, I also got around to posting that fic about Aleister being a feral disaster summoner and in doing so found out that there were already existing tags for him and Endymion which is wild to me. And also simplified things greatly.

Also I have not seen the last episode yet but the preview made it look like a complete waste of everyone’s time and I don’t understand why they didn’t just bump 44 ahead one, make it the last episode, and then use the spare time for literally anything else.

ficlet: embrace all those bad decisions
So yea, I've grown way too fond of the Magic Citadel/Spellbook Tower lore, especially with the implications the new Magistus archetype gives to it and I now have a deeply held belief that the reason Endymion is so controlling when it comes to who is allowed access to magic is because he's seen how bad it can get.
Anyway, this has resulted in me writing a ficlet about Aleister being a borderline feral demon summoning weirdo and Endymion judging his poor life choices. T rated at most. Maybe shippy if you squint? (I do think they should kiss) I am torn on posting it to Ao3, just because the thought of trying to tag OCG/TCG fic gives me a headache (how do you tag characters when these characters go under multiple card names?) so for now it's here.
Because I don’t feel like copying the whole thing in full over to here. This is the result of me spending an evening trying to sort out my own speculation and what is actually concrete from the Master Guides as far as the whole Magistus/Invoked/Prophecy/Spellbook/Endymion/Witchcrafter clusterfuck goes.
I still haven’t bothered looking into anyone else’s speculation. Someday I’ll get around to it but I really wanted to get my own thoughts clear.
(ultimately there are two lore stores I am hugely attached to: the Shiranui/Mayakashi one, because Squire and Dakki are cute as shit. And this fucking mess, because I want to make sense of this goddamn mystery)

I don’t think the specific Magic Citadel/Spellbook Tower plotlines are connected to the rest of Duel World story (like the however fucking many other archetypes from the Duel Terminal nonsense) although I could be wrong on that. But if it was he would be the biggest disaster monsterfucker in all of Duel World.
Which would be one hell of a feat given all the crazy monsters running around.

Remember when I said I was going to upload these the next day and then proceeded to not log into Tumblr for like a month.
On the upside, they added a way to easily get screenshots off the Switch without needing to link to garbage like a Twitter account in the meantime so I can actually post clear ones instead of taking pictures of my TV.
If I recall correctly I also have transparent versions of the light emblem and the single tile Star Crew patterns uploaded.
