happy year and a day anniversary to Thief of Hearts

working on @thiefofheartstpp was probably the same amount of work as my bachelors thesis but infinitely more fun and i loved it sm. so i thought what better time to finally post the happy ending graphic

I’m not sure if you reply to these but when I try to download the game it says there’s ‘no permissions’. Do you know what that means?

Without seeing your computer in person all I can do is toss this great installation guide someone was kind enough to make for us, so you can make sure you unzip/extract the folder you downloaded so you can play it

A sensitivity reader is someone who proofreads work with certain topics discussed in them (often cultures the author is not a part of or experiences the author has not endured) and makes sure that culture/experience is portrayed correctly and in a way that is not harmful. So, for example, we have multiple Muslim characters planned for Friend of the World, one of which wears a hijab, and we would like someone who is Muslim and/or hijabi to make sure we are accurately reflecting their culture in our artwork and dialogue. Hope this helps!

Hello!! This game is super great and i'm having a lot of fun playing it. I seem to have run into an error during the second part of Chris' route, after all the dates. It's still playable, but occasionally a gray screen with the words "an exception has occurred" keeps popping up when Pereyra shows up. Im unsure if i can submit the image through this ask, as I do not have a tumblr account, but my twitter is @mangocltrus if you want me to send the error message thru DMs there!!

Hey we’re really glad you’re enjoying the game, sorry to hear about this error but in our beta tests we’ve been unable to replicate it. We’ll discuss a patch and try to figure out how to fix this though, thanks for bringing it to our attention!

In the meantime when the error screen pops up, you can select the ‘ignore’ option to continue to the next line of dialogue and resume as normal. (The error may pop up multiple times but keep pressing ignore.)

If the game crashes or otherwise doesn’t resume as normal, please send the screenshots to us via our twitter with information regarding the route, date, and dialogue present before the error, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

i haven't been really invested in a fandom since middle school but the penumbra podcast is just incredible and the creators/actors + the fans are so fucking talented and it's such a wholesome community.

all the peeps who worked on @thiefofheartstpp are absolutely incredible and you should download the game and share it with your friends because it's wonderful. ALSO juno steel wears a satin sleep cap confirmed. ♥️
