Once the campaign is fully fullfilled + a little bit of time (couple of months normally) i list them. I do also take them to conventions!

Now we have stretch goals the pick 10 will be pick from any unlocked uwu

NOPE

You'll get a survey when the campaign ends which will let you select what pins you want,

the add-ons are available if you say want 3 pins but there is no 3 pin tier if that makes sense. They'll be available during the survey as well <3
