1. i think the first thing that i ever truly, properly shipped was johnlock. i was absolutely stunned by how electric their chemistry was and i just knew from the get go that they deserved one another.
2. johnlock (john watson + sherlock holmes), purely for the fact that they Get Each Other. they understand one another so well and their connection is incredible, be it a romantic one or not. they really do love one another.
cherik (charles xavier + erik lehnsherr), which was also one of the first things i ever properly shipped. i’m all for that love trumps hate vibe, and i find cherik to be a beautiful, inclusive ship.
reigisa (rei ryugazaki + nagisa hazuki), a ship that i will protect til the day i die and beyond. they are pure and perfect. i love them.
3. jarchie (jughead + archie) from riverdale
4. i don’t have many notps, to be honest. if i really had to pick one, it would probably be makoharu (makoto tachibana + nanase haruka). it doesn’t bother me when people ship it, and i do recognise how much they care about one another, i just don’t see them together in a romantic sense.
5. i was into enjolras + marius + cosette a wee while ago???
6. love triangles can be great if handled correctly, but can easily become cliché and overbearing. pls flesh out your characters and your plot and don’t make an unnecessary love triangle the main focus of your work (to hide the fact that there is No Plot)

10. nah, I've read some cross-fandom fic before but I've never really shipped any characters that haven't met one another
11. it has to be malec (magnus bane + alec lightwood). i love everything about that scene and the kiss. i have No Words.

15. absolutely. i'd say most of my current ships were at first sight, especially newtmas (newt + thomas from the maze runner series)
16. i actually wasn't sure about johnlock at first. i didn't dislike it but i wasn't entirely sold on it, until i read some fic and actually watched the series and i was like Woah. Okay. That. Is. Love.
17. that has never happened. a ship is for life, not just for Christmas.
19. i told myself i was not going to ship anything in star wars: the force awakens. i shipped stormpilot (finn + poe) the MINUTE they met.
20. halex (hank mccoy+ alex summers) is a very lonely and sad ship which deserves a lot more attention. alsoooooo tom + peter from the talented mr ripley.
21. klance (keith kogane and lance mcclain). i don't really get it myself but i have no problem with klance shippers <3
