Custom 3t2 Easels diagonal placement fix

Hi guys!

Some years ago, Anoeska published this wonderful set that added more painting options to the game. I always found it amazing, it’s such a fresh addition to the game! The only issue was that it was a second set of easel rather than a global mod, which means that all the custom easels shold have been updated separately.

That’s what the great Fractured Moonlight did - he shared a beautiful set of easel conversions from TS3 with the extra functions added and it was one of the most useful CC ever!

Last year, on MTS, gdayars created one of those fixes I was waiting for years - the functional diagonal easel. I admit it, that was one of the best fix ever done, I think everybody was completely sick of the easel working only if placed on the grid.

Few days ago, I wanted to see if was there a tutorial about what gdayars did and I found the tutorial and the kit in the original post - very easy and clear to do - and I was able to edit Fractured Moonlight’s easels and made them working in diagonal/off grid placement.

So:

-The package fixes the 12 original 3t2 easels, converted by @fracturedmoonlight Moonlight;

-I’ve only fixed the main canvas (I don’t use the child and the resized versions of the mod);

-The names are exactely the same as FM’s, if you are already using them, just replace the old files;

-The files are compressed;

-The original meshes are included, thanks a lot Fractured Moonlight!

Hey simmers! Just a quick one - during my hiatus I got an ask by @pikselis asking to make my easels available in community lots too (I’m so sorry for not replying, it might have been ages ago!)... Well, here we go! It’s quite an easy fix but since I’m super rusty in SimPe it took me a while to check that I didn’t mess up anything lol

Anyway, the link and the objects are the same - download them from here and make sure you replace my old ones, if you already have them!

Also, by default, Sims won’t be gaining any skills in community lots (unless they’re in college ones), so don’t forget to grab a mod like this one :)

I was on the right part but  I completely forgot the TTAB lol once again your help was much needed, thank you so much for the detailed explanation :) I just realised the book is kinda of useless, since there’s already the default one, but I just can’t stand the original Pandora’s one. I’m about to rename all of the spells using some maxis names (I can see some real latin, but most likely I’ll make them up) and get rid of that horrible pie menu so the spells will all be grouped together.

OK, my fellow simmers.  Here we go.

I have added numerous links, but of course I am sure I have missed LOTS, especially in additions, recolors, and defaults and younger age groups.

This archive does not include: hair, hats, accessories, shoes, make-up, face/body-details, tattoos, or custom CC made by TS4 creators.

This is only for clothing meshes included by EAxis.  You will notice the age groups are as follows: Adult, Child, and Toddlers.  That is because Teen through Elder share the same body in TS4.

It is a 215 page document so it might take time to load.

TS1 to TS2 Database~

Hi guys!

It’s an updated version of @crispsandkerosene database - I honestly thought the admin was someone else, so I started over instead of continuing her work - she agreed to keep both of them active at the same time, but of course the main credits go to her for the hard work!

Hi darling! Thank you so much for your answer, I figured it out I needed to use the lot adjuster :P I'm glad you posted the layout, mine looks quite similar! How did you place the Gothic Gardens though?

In terms of thoughts... I love it! I love your lots and the hood in general, I recreated all of the Sims from GBA and PSP, some of them will be townies whilest I'm planning to add the rest to the playable pools (you know I have a soft spot for Roberta). It would be cool  if I could use some of them as NPC (Deputy Duncan as police-man, Mambo Loa as cashier - although I could just have Frank Fusilly buy the gas station and have her employed there) but so far I’m loving it :D (I even went on a cc hunting rant beacuse I needed some hairstyles for few of the sims XD).

You did a great job once again, I’m glad you shared it because you brought me back to actually planning to play instead of working on random stuff or downloading new things I’ll never going to use. And can’t wait to see the final result (don’t mind if I have to wait, don’t want you to feel like you own it to anyone).

PS: I noticed that in your PSP bundle there’s no file for Yeva Comonova but instead there is one for Lincoln Broadsheet (I know he’s in the game, but I assumed he wasn’t in there because he’s not featured in the preview :P).
