I'm so stressed right now. I'm going to lose internet tomorrow because my mom can't pay it. We don't have a working phone (my phone only works on wifi) I need a phone to start getting my mental heath figured out so I can either get a job of figure something out. For years (since middle and I'm 21 now) I have always said I'm bi. It never really felt right saying that. I felt like I was lying to myself. I was scared to say I was anything different than bisexual people would think I was lying. I know now that sexually can change over time. I'm proud to say that I'm pansexual. It feels right saying that. I'm feel like I'm no longer lying to myself.
People who talk against 13 Reasons Why piss me off. They sit there on their social media and repost posts about suicide prevention but they don’t want to watch what drives a person to suicide. They say it’s unnecessary, graphic and kids shouldn’t be shown things like that. The topics they talk about on the show really happen to people and just because you can’t handle it, doesn’t mean that it shouldn’t be said
Some times I just want to sleep for a whole day, or maybe a whole week but that's not really healthy so...
I liked the show. I believe it shows how high school actually is. Yes there are some graphic moments (episode 13 of season 2) that I could have lived without, but the show is getting people to talk about mental health and where to get help.
It's okay to not be okay. But always try to get help.
I think I'm going to try to say it's okay to not be okay everyday or every other day. We need to remember that it's okay to break down and cry. It's okay to let yourself be vulnerable and show emotion. It's not okay to be ashamed that you feel this way. You matter. You are valid. There is a reason you are here. Your story isn't over yet.
