A Mantch Couple

Mantch are a people related to demmer and likely have ancient elven ancestry that contributes to their more humanoid facial features. They can have more or less furry faces, but typically have large eyes, large round or pointed ears, and a flat, somewhat rodent-like nose.

They are also smaller than demmer, reaching a maximum height of 3 ft (92 cm), whereas demmer are anywhere from 3.5-5ft (107-152 cm).

I used photos of a dormouse for inspiration for them :) Also thank you for the love on these Athera worldbuilding and lore posts; I'm so glad you're enjoying them!

Miâdel

Miâdel is a demmer peasant from the northern coasts. She works as a cook alongside her wife, Cwiata, who owns and runs a small inn and tavern in the village of Usirvândel.

In the Teveran language miâdel is the word for "honey" and cwiata is the word for "flower".
