PFF Holiday Exchange - Thank You

Hi folks!

I just wanted to take a second to say thanks for participating in this year’s exchange. It was a hard one--modding on my own would have probably been hard no matter what, but taking it on this year was a special kind of challenge. But this fest, and this page/comm in general is really important to me. I so appreciate everyone who read and liked and kudos’d and reblogged fic and I’m so grateful for the patience and creativity of everyone who wrote fic for the fest.

I’ve got a few loose ends to tie up around the Holiday Exchange and then, I’m not sure what’s next for Phandom Fic Fests--but I’m always going to be so amazed and proud of just how much people wrote together for the comm.

You can post finished fics on Ao3, be sure to click the button indicating that its for the holiday exchange (see my last reblog). That’s it!

No problem! The way it works is that when you submit it to AO3  you’ll click this on the posting page: 

When you do that, it’ll be submitted to us but not posted. Because this is a challenge set up through AO3, we have the ability to hold them until every fic is submitted and unveil them all at once. 

When they’re initially unveiled on the 24th, the fics will be anonymous. They’ll remain anonymous on AO3 until New Year’s Eve, when we’ll reveal the authors. This is also something we can do via ao3, so it requires nothing on your part. 

We ask that you do not post your fic to your tumblr account until we’ve revealed the authors. After that point, you’ll be free to post it wherever you want!

Hey buds, the second and final check in is right HERE

I’ll be watching the link all day and hopefully be able to match prompts to pinchitters relatively quickly.

If your fic is done (yay!), I’d really encourage you to sign up to pinch-hit to spread a little extra joy.

All submissions are due on the 23rd. Check ins are due ASAP so I can assign pinch hitters where necessary.

Pinch Hitter Sign Ups

Hi folks! The next check in isn’t until tomorrow but we’ve had a few people drop so I wanted to open up sign ups for pinch hitters early.

Pinch hitters are just folks who have the time to write an additional work and are happy to get another prompt. It’s also open to folks who didn’t sign up for the initial exchange and have a little extra cheer to spread around.

Pinch hitters can sign up HERE and I’ll be in touch ASAP to give you prompts. Sign ups will be open through Dec 23rd!
