just a reminder that my favorite charity is one simple wish where you can personally choose to fulfill a wish from a child in foster care. highly recommend if you ever have some extra cash to spare just browsing through the wishes and seeing if there's any joy you can add to the world by letting these kids know that sometimes life can be good.

wait i'm curious

#i live in virginia#which is physically part of the american south#but i live in northern virginia (colloquially known as NOVA) right outside of DC#and it does not give southern vibes culturally#my parents live in SC and i went to college in rural virginia so i am v aware of the difference#also every southerner i know rejects NOVA and says it is NOT southern#i personally would not consider myself southern#and i don't think many people would either
