A "remake" of sorts of Final Fantasy XV is going to be announced in the near future as Final Fantasy Versus XV, directed by Tetsuya Nomura and overhauled with a team that knows more about Luminous now that XV was made, and with decidedly more KH-like combat. It will encompass the entire original story intended for Versus XIII. It will be teased in the XV (Versus) world in Kingdom Hearts III. However, before this there will be a game translation of Kingsglaive where you play as Nyx. Both this and XV will serve as the basis for Versus XV. This will happen sometime after the 1st or 2nd installment of the FFVII Remake is released, and development time will be comparatively short since many of the assets are already complete.
