so it looks like tumblr is about to do some serious purging. while the content of this blog has never had ‘adult content’ my posts get flagged as ‘sensitive’ pretty often, so there feels like there is a decent chance this blog might get swept up in any sort of automated ‘tumblr cleanup’
i’ll still keep posting here as long as the site let’s me without hassle, but if you like my stuff I’d highly recommend you also follow me on twitter:

gosh, that’s really sweet of you! the story is a bit long, i hope you don’t mind.he and i have been friends for just over two years, we originally bonded over a shared interest in science and art. we got along really well right from the start, there hasn’t actually been a single day since we met that we haven’t talked, haha. he started being the first person i talked to every morning, and the last person every night. we got really close and both really trust the other, he’s helped me out so many times, and i hopefully do the same for him.i sorta dismissed anything happening between us for quite a long time as it didn’t seem like a practical idea, but i guess he had fallen for this big dumb guy quite some time ago. anyhow, last month we finally met in person when he came to the u.s. and shortly after that he confessed his love for me. i thought about it for a while, and realized that my feeling of friendship towards him had also turned romantic, and uh, here we are, haha.
last icon for a while i think! a friend wanted to be drawn as a zombear! after not drawing in months and months, i had totally forgotten how much i enjoyed it!
making icons is proving surprisingly fun, so i guess i'll make a few more! i asked my friend @gunnar-the-rat what his favorite spooky thing was and he said haunted mansion, so now he's a ghostly rat!
