okay, two scenarios:

1. Pink takes Spinel with her to earth where they play a 5000 year game of pretend. since her original design mirrored Pink, i wanted to do the same with Rose and her  layered dress. overall, i tried to make Spinel look more modern without breaking up her original silhouette too badly.

2. Spinel leaves for earth a lot earlier for some reason and does her movie thing (mostly because i don’t see why she’d join a rebel group if they’re already done fighting). time passes and she looks more put together. that might be because she’s healing, but it’s more likely that she’s embarrassed by her actions and wants to move on from it as quickly as possible.

i’ll be honest, the only reason i haven’t drawn that yet is because rejuvenated Peridot looks and acts almost exactly the same as cannon Peridot when she first arrives on earth. it’s just not that exciting.

aw, thanks! truth be told, i’ve been having a great time just sitting at home, drawing stuff. this is the first Christmas in a long time that i didn’t have to spend at crowded parties and it’s kinda nice.

i... don’t know what they’re doing? but they seem to be having fun.

okay, so this is more winter-in-general than Christmas, but Peridot experiencing snow for the first time was the first thing that came to mind. (she’s gonna lick it. for science.)
