He didn’t need that exact object in order to survive, but he used it to lay dormant whenever he ‘died’. However, he would have preferred to lose consciousness rather than being trapped in a place he couldn’t interact with.
“Yes. Twice.” The hegehog spoke curtly. His tone indicated that he wasn’t going to be very fond of elaborating.

The glowing entity flattened his ears against his head with displeasure, pupils dilated from fear. To remedy this, he floated into the air and crosses his arms, standing tall and proud despite being a mere 3'6, giving her a piercing glare.
It was most likely not as threatening since he had been mildly terrified a few seconds ago. That, and he was quiet.
This place was supposed to be safe, in the middle of no where. Free from all of the problems that came with being near other people. But it seemed that life and excitement just always seemed to find the chimera. This was not her first encounter of the third kind. Not even her second, or third. Many aliens and visitors have found Miracle, so when the monster came face to face with Nazo, well. It wasn’t fear either. Enthralled maybe? Curiosity? He tried to look bigger obviously. But she had to admit, it was adorable she scared him for that split second. Meaning it was hard to fear him. Not for his lack of height, but from her previous experiences.
“.... uuuum, hey.” You know, she’s been swept up in too many adventures. She just needed to learn to ignore the call of shenanigans. So-- “Ayme joost going tae slide past ye. And beh on meh way.”

How does this creature not fear my power?
Of course, he was ignorant to the fact that not every non-human entity could sense his Chaos energy. But, even so, he expected nothing short of a grovel out of those he passed.
An action that would never be given, nor earned.
He put his hands on his hips, leaning forward. “No mere person would roam this far into an area of seclusion.”
The best part about it was that the furry glowstick most likely wouldn’t be noticed at night in there.There was no on or off button, so he had to make do with what he had.
His fur bristled ever so slightly, mildly offended that she wasn’t scared of him.

He hovered in the air to level their eyes, arms loosely crossed. "Who are you?" He spoke lowly, immediately taking a more defensive tone and stance. They, like him, emanated an unnatural glow. He knew exactly what he was up against from the get-go.
『- 💎 -』 . . . "Why are they...sealed?" He was always stern, never allowing his voice to waver from fear. This was a different case. The thought of constantly being stuck in a confined, inescapable place shook him to his very core.
He frowned, just barely pleased that he wasn't one to suffer that fate.
"I have existed for quite a long time, but I have only walked upon the physical world for around twenty years. My presence is inevitable."

Nazo grounded himself, golden heels glued to the earthy soil beneath. His lips were slightly parted, but he didn't say a single word.
He kept his arms by his side, wanting them to be free in case a fight stirred.
『- 💎 -』 . . . "Tch." He muttered at the face they gave him. Careful Nazo, your hypocrisy is showing.
"If you are referring to Shadow, then you are correct." He practically spat the name out. The dark hedgehog was the less annoying one of the two that defeated him, but Nazo's ego still suffered greatly because of them.
He calmed down and let his arms lay slack, visibly letting his guard down. His ears flicked towards the alien to listen more clearly.

It legitimately works. When politicians chose to live on the food stamp budget for their state they worked to increase the allotment after only a week of living that way.
And honestly? It should include having to spend time living on disability, navigating their district in a wheelchair, and taking public transit.
These people should have to live with their choices the same way they force us to live with them.
