Unbelievable

Chat Noir: I... I know who Hawkmoth is.
Ladybug: You do? How?
Chat Noir: Because... he's my father.
Ladybug: Oh, chat... I am so sorry.
Ladybug:...
Ladybug: Who is your father again?
Chat Noir: *sigh* You'll find out either way. My father is Gabriel Agreste.
Ladybug: *gasp* Wait, then that means you're-
Chat Noir: I'm Adrien-
Ladybug: You're Adrien's brother!
Chat Noir: *confused* Wha...?
Ladybug: *to herself* I didn't know Adrien had a brother. And I know everything about him. How is this possible? Maybe they isolated him all his life and he was lonely, that's why his puns are so bad *keeps ranting*
Chat Noir: *detransforms* *clears throat*
Ladybug: *looks at him* *GASP*
Chat Noir: No, my Lady, I'm Adrien-
Ladybug: OH MY GOD! Adrien has a twin brother!
Chat Noir: *throws hands in the air* I give up!
Yup, she refuses to believe the kind-hearted Adrien is the same pun-loving dork that is Chat Noir.

Sorry for bothering you again about this, I'm the anon who asked what makes a pairing heteronormative. It's basically the trope where the two most good looking white people (BxG obviously) have a romance going on without any real explanation? And if Mari were to be white, would that also make the love square heteronormative? Because it sounds a bit shallow, no offence.

*sigh* Okay. Here’s the thing, heteronormativity is a world view that promotes heterosexuality as the default sexual orientation. That was explained to me last night.

If Chloé and Nath were to be a canon ship, they would have no chemistry. Their personalities clash too much without significantly changing them. Their ship would be a forced one, like all the dumb movies and tv shows where the two characters who hate each other’s guts somehow end up making out with each other halfway through.

Examples: The Notebook. Considered one of the most romantic movies in our time, but it’s honestly really dumb and their relationship isn’t very stable or healthy.

I’m really glad that Marinette is half-Chinese, but I wouldn’t hate the ship if she were white, because Marinette and Adrien have definite on-screen chemistry (also I’m a sucker for slow burns and mutual pining)

My point was that I am sick of seeing the same two jars of mayonnaise fall in love, and that there needs to be way more representation in media

Thank you, stop twisting my words, goodbye
