BLOG MOVE

Alright, so it’s been awhile since I’ve been on this blog and I decided after awhile to make the tough decision of moving Viktor onto a new blog to start him fresh. At first this wasn’t something I wanted to do, but every time I come onto this blog I just get hit with massive waves of depression and not feeling like I want to be here no matter how much work I want to put into Viktor. It saddens me, but I hope the move to a new blog will spark inspiration and more love into him!

I love how extra Viktor is and how everyone in fics really uses that to their advantage because all I can do is burst out laughing at how unbelievably ridiculous Viktor is. He’s such a dork I love him. xD

          It had been weeks since Viktor was able to enjoy some down time with Yuuri. After starting back up his own skating career along with continuing to coach Yuuri to say he had become busy was an understatement. Any free time he had seemed to be rather minimal and when it came around a lot of the time he was too exhausted to do anything. He hated not getting to spend as much time with Yuuri off the ice, so he was beyond ecstatic when he had gotten the day off and decided to give Yuuri one too.

          The eagerness of getting to spend the day with the person he loved the most put a noticeable bounce in his step. Viktor could hardly contain himself as he bounded back in through the door after his morning jog with Makkachin. Unclipping the leash from Makkachin’s collar he hung it up before wandering around his apartment to try and find Yuuri. Thankfully it didn’t take him too long, and once he found him his arms were winding themselves around the other male’s waist from behind. Pressing an excited kiss to Yuuri’s cheek he continued to bounce up and down on the balls of his feet like a little kid on their birthday.

          “What would you say about taking the day to just spend some quality time together outside of the rink? We’ve both been working really hard so I think we both deserve a day to just relax. How does that sound?”

         There was always something special about the mornings. The way the morning sun lit up the room with golden rays that were sometimes a little too bright, but the way it illuminated Yuuri as he slept always put Viktor in a trance. Most mornings he’d just watch him as he sat on the bed or sometimes he’d even card his fingers through the soft, dark locks of hair. The expression of peace on his beloved’s face was always beautiful even if there was a bit of drool collecting on the pillow. It was one of Viktor’s favorite sights and sometimes he’d sit there until Yuuri woke up just taking in the view.

         This was one of those times as he held Yuuri snuggly in his arms until the younger stirred. A soft smile had settled onto the Russian’s lips as he watched him wake up with a hand running up and down the length of Yuuri’s arm. He loved the sight of Yuuri blinking away his sleep and trying to get a grasp of reality settling back in. How Yuuri’s big brown eyes looked tired still, and before his hand could go searching for his glasses Viktor carefully reached around to retrieve them so he could gently set them onto Yuuri’s face.

         Waiting silently till Yuuri could wake up a bit more he continued to run his hands lightly along Yuuri’s back, arms, and through his hair. It was only when he heard Yuuri’s morning voice did Viktor smile brightly. The words alone were enough to make Viktor’s heart soar as he held the other closer in his arms to plant a kiss to the top of his head.

         “Not as much as I love waking up to you.” He starts to nuzzle Yuuri’s hair with a content sigh. “You’re a sight of beauty when you sleep. I can never look away.”

I just want to express how much I love that Viktor and Makkachin are companions to one another. It makes my heart burst with happiness just knowing that no matter what they have one another. That if Viktor could take Makkachin everywhere he would and that they’d be so happy together. It’s just so beautiful! ♥

          Most days Viktor cared about the way he looked. He made sure his hair sat the way he liked it or the pair of shoes he wore matched the rest of his outfit. Sometimes he called it an ‘art that shouldn’t be rushed’ when getting ready for something important when he’d end up taking longer than he should. Despite this he wasn’t one to plan his outfits the day before and would wear whatever felt right, and at times it left him struggling for what to wear when he couldn’t decide.

          Several articles of clothing littered the end of the bed as he worked to change into his next outfit of choice: a pair of dark grey skinny jeans that hugged his legs perfectly along with a black button down that had its sleeves rolled up and the top three buttons undone. Reaching for a pair of gold aviator sunglasses he had then given himself another check in the mirror before turning to Yuuri with an expectant spin. He had already done this a few times in order to get an opinion from his fiancé and part of him wondered if Yuuri was getting bored, but for their date he had to look his best!

          At the comment he had received he was letting out light laughter as he walked over to tap the others nose with his index finger. “Yuuuurrrriiii! That’s not going to help me pick out an outfit!”

          Turning back towards the mirror he checked himself out one more time with a grin. “But if I look good in anything maybe just underwear would suffice.” Now he was sending a wink Yuuri’s way before going over towards his shoes to pull them on. Once that was done he fixed his hair one more time before a heart shaped smiled adorned his face as he went to grab Yuuri’s hand.

          “But I’ll save that for later since I’m ready to go now.”

Alright, I need to get my mind off of the stress that won’t let up so how about a starter call? Just like this if you want one! They’ll be at least two paragraphs long and I will do my best to get them done this week for whoever would like one!
