Well, I'm not exactly sure about that one. But it could be a number of people. Not specifically in this order, but it could partly be Madara. Who knows what kind of power the rennigan can achieve? He could have possibly broken a fragment of himself off, and created Tobi.
He could also be the Sage of the Six Paths. Because he was the only one with the power to control the 10 Tailed Beast. Tobi is trying to the same it seems.
Or Simply it could just be Madara.
Oh well, to me it doesn't make a difference. We need to defeat him whoever he is.
Sometimes I wonder if I should start playing chess instead of reading...Nah.

But in all seriousness, I don't like cats at all. They don't really do anything, and they act like they work so hard. When you pet and feed a dog, he thinks, "Wow. This person must be a god." When you pet and feed a cat, it thinks, "Wow. I must be a god."
