“Is it good or bad that I’m unfazed by this entire predicament we’re in?” She had asked as she leaned against her hand, pressed against the wall as support. Which was a good question to ask considering that most would have panicking but, she felt…nothing. Nothing at all and that feeling itself had given her a hint of self-concern.
Jessica looked over at the blonde woman who had spoken, they were standing in the middle of an alley as they were hiding for the moment. Well not really hiding. More like strategically waiting for their next move to become clear. This is what she got for trying to drink her troubles away in a new location. She gave a shrug. “This is just another Thursday night for me.” She said, leaning out to check if the coast was clear before looking back at the blonde.
“Really? Every Thursday?” She began to whisper as she leaned more into the wall. She almost wanted to ask if it was always the same person or someone different but, she figured it was the purpose. “Maybe I should have bought a bottle to go…” It was more of a thought to herself than than to the other but, it worth saying at least in part to remember to do so later.

“More like every night of the week.” She replied to her just as softly as she turned to peer back at the woman who was hiding with her. “I drink. Guy gets pervy.” She shrugged. “Although this is a first for him having brains and friends.” Jessica said and moved to hand her her backpack. “And for me not to be hiding alone.” There were five bottles of alcohol in her bag. “Help yourself.” She waited a moment and then checked if it was clear. It was not.

The Vigilante picked vodka - it felt like a vodka kind of night - before handing the backpack back to her. A quick swig with a brief scrunch at the tart taste before closing the bottle just to wield it. “They still coming?” She whispered, not trying to peek over but, more trying to find another way out.

The last thing she needed was a reason to critically maim someone. Well, for this week.

Jessica peered around the corner and sighed. “Yeah, they’re still coming.” If there was one thing she had learned, it was that men were stupid. They all thought they weren’t but they were.

All it took was one wrong word and the idiots would start there own fights. As it were, it meant they were cornered in a dead alleyway. It had seemed like a good idea at the time. But until she knew more about the woman she was with, she wasn’t about to show off her powers in front of her.

Her eyes landed on something nearby. Using the dumpster to get height, she jumped and grabbed the bottom of a fire escape. “Up and over.”

Losing weight.

Watching Our Flag Means Death…

Reading some amazing novels…that is why I haven’t been around much.

Sorry for that loves.

As such muse has been non existent…I’ve been focusing on other things.

"Hello Jessica," the Doctor smiled as he walked out of the TARDIS, offering her a hug. "Do you have any plans for Halloween?" he asked her, "Because I just found out about a costume party in the year 3047. It's supposed to be one of the best, most fun and also scariest Halloween costume parties of all time."

Jessica looked up from the files that she had piled all around her. Jumping in surprise when she saw the man and the blue box as well. Making a face before shifting the files around … “no plans,” she said as she continued to look through her files. “But it’s not for a few months now…3047? What’s special about that?”

Case: Not Kilgrave

Name: Brendan Block

Supposedly not Kilgrave. Jessica was unsure what to believe. Turns out he wasn’t lying on this part. He is definitely not Kilgrave.

Brendan and Jessica have decided to team up and hunt down all of the other Kilgrave clones there are. They have been doing this for a few months now and she no longer has the freak outs she used to have because of how similar they looked. It does help that Brendan speaks nothing like him, has a crude mouth and always takes the time out to make sure she is alright even if he was bogged down with shit.

For the next 10 days or so I will be in Bali. Enjoying some much needed time off. (It's been 4 years)

This will not stop me from checking in every now and again and seeing what's up. I see I have a few new blogs following me so I might start there.

Look after yourselves.
