You know what? I’m gonna reblog this every time I see it because I was lucky to get a theater like this that cheered for these moments and it still gives me CHILLS to see and hear everyone’s reactions to this movie.

so there he goes, the man that made me appreciate this american football team, from the so-called “city of brotherly love”, a man who not only care about what happens on a football field, but also outside of it, with people from all kinds of background, seeking for equality in the eyes of justice and opportunities… a man that made me question myself, what kind of impression I’m leaving by my day-by-day actions… I know it’s just a executive move, but man, how much am I gonna miss seeing #27 turning the score around when we most need it, his all-around knowledge of the game to read offenses, and his leadership in the bench…

I have the cliche ‘struggling actor’ story. I was waiting tables in New York, went out to L.A. soon after graduation to get some jobs, but it didn’t work out. I wanted to cut my teeth in professional theater, so I came back to New York. It made my journey a longer one, but I really wanted to excel in the theater.

Tk scores, Marchand whiffs, and the Flyers come back from being down 5-2 to win it in the shootout.
