Fozzie is “helping” me do yoga. 🧘‍♀️

Update

Hi all.  I’ve lost 14lbs in the New Year.  I know that seems quick but a lot of it is water weight.  Still, I’m off to a good start.  I’m doing yoga and walking.  I’m using MFP and tracking food, trying to eat fewer carbs.  

I turn 40 in 14 months and I am going to look and feel better when I do so.

To that end, I also had a facial today and had my eyelashes curled and tinted.  I’m hot shit, I tell you what.

I am considering 2020 pass/fail. Get to the end of the year and call it good.

Happy Turkey Day to pups too. I hope you are all healthy and grateful. 🦃❤️

Food and exercise have not been great for me lately. School is getting routine- which is not to say easy.

I am grateful to have Lexapro, tea, a great dog, and a calm husband.
