in three years we’ll look back at predebut pictures and videos and think they’re fetuses.

“aw, adorable jeongin! remember when he had braces?”

“remember when woojin was blond”

“seungmin used to be underrated but look at him now, bias wrecking everyone.”

“jisung’s selfie game has definitely improved”

“chan’s kitchen is more of a buffet hall now”

“hyunjin used to look so cute, now he can kill me with a glance”

“remember when felix struggled speaking korean?”

“throwback to when changbin acted as if he was hades, before he became a part of the sunshine line.”

“i bet bighit regrets not putting minho into bts now.”

Remember the days when Coca Cola was bias wrecking everyone

So Stray Kidsm ‘Astronaut’ came at a perfect time

I’m going blind rn, and sometimes it feels like my entire world is collapsing tonight was really bad and I was just so depressed cuz nothing had gone right that day. I saw Stray Kids had a new random MV and clicked on it. It was a cute lil bop.

But I can’t see the MV very well. And I’ve been with Stray Kids long before my vision started going out. I was heartbroken. It just added to the long list of things I can no longer do for myself. But then I remembered something I had thought about yesterday while on the way to and from a hospital visit: When you’re blind, you can imagine your world almost any way you want to. It’s the middle of autumn here but I can imagine the trees being vibrant green with a beautiful blue sky behind them. I can’t see the boys dancing around and being goofy, but I can imagine Bang Chan taking care of lil Jeingun and Felix goofing around with Seungmin and Minho playing a prank on Changbin. I can see all that in my mind and remember how beautiful the world is even if I can’t see it💖

Hi I know I haven’t been on tumblr in a long long time but I got back on for the No Easy comeback reactions (holy shit Bang Chan you can’t just release something like Red Lights if you’re not coming over for ramen tonight wtf).

Anyway, I haven’t read this post since I originally posted it in 2019. I don’t even really remember writing it, but it was touching in a way to current me. That was the hardest time in my life and I was so incredibly depressed. I’m doing so much better now. I’m living it up in Korea working my dream job and have enough vision back to function 90% normally.

Don’t give up kids. Life gets better even when it comes crashing down around you. Do your best to hold on and see what good comes your way.

Also, in case you’re curious, brain surgery at 21 when you’re a full-time college student SUCKS. -2/10 would not recommend.

Take care of yourselves, lovelies~💞

Imagine trying to police who can stan a group based on how many albums they own, how often they stream and how they vote for shows instead of letting people like what they like and realizing that they can't throw money at hundreds of albums or spend hours streaming.
