[Mystic Messenger] iOS Purchase Issues for v1.20.6 (Resolved)

Hello, this is Cheritz.

After the v1.20.6 update for Mystic Messenger’s iOS app on the 6th of September, 2023 (KST), some coordinators reported issues regarding unreceived items for successful purchases. *The issue was also reported for iOS app versions higher than v1.20.6.

The issue has been identified as a server error, and the development team has made a patch so that no further payment issues occur. *Please update your app to v1.21.1 for the patch to be applied.

We sincerely apologize for the prolonged inconvenience.

For coordinators who’ve already experienced the issue before the fix, please refer to the below.

1. To make a refund request

Due to restrictions made by Apple’s privacy policy, we are unable to handle refund requests directly. Please inquire through Apple’s support team to make a refund request.

Refunds typically take 1-5 business days to be processed.
