Tribute to the Kaldorei

I’ve just received the book, so I though I’d finally share the full version of my contribution for the @artistsofazeroth fanzine! This is the first time my art gets published and it’s been a very emotional achievement for me, to say the least. 

This represents the future of the Kaldorei, torn between grief and war, mourning and rebuilding, fighting to restore balance and to seek vengeance. The first half of the year has been very difficult for me, I have lost everything, but I have also managed to rebuild, to grow — to keep fighting another day. This is me.

This is my sendoff.

I can no longer create as much as I’d want to, I guess because I need a change of scenery. Things in my life have been relatively hectic these past few months and this blog does not reflect everything that I am, everything that I’ve always been and will be. Creatively, I have been at a standstill for quite a while, just drawing inside of my comfort zone, focusing on fanart and popular subjects. Don’t get me wrong, I still like drawing fanart, but I am so much more than that.

Music, poetry, literature, mythology, travel, these are a few of the things that I love and I want my art to reflect that, and I need to leave some things in the past and move on to the next chapter in my life, a new beginning.

I need to redefine myself. I need to grow.

I said i was gonna do a giveaway ages ago and here it is..finally..the giveaway… REBLOG TO ENTER idc how many times u rb just dont get too crazy. Remember to follow me?
