Nagtanong si Herj (she's the new QA TL who is also handling Risk and other account since shared TL siya) sa aking kung bakit daw overwork kami. I told her about all my tasks, and she understood why I was overwork. Now, nagw-wonder na kami kung bakit daw overwork yung dalawa naming kasamang QA. Yung isa ay alam nya na mejo kapareho yung task namin but yung isa, nagrereklamo kasi madami raw dsat scrubbing. But sa isang week ay di naman sya nakakapagscrub, not until I asked her to do some scrubbing na under sa bucket na needed ko for reporting. And when I have my ways to know who's doing the audit for the day kasi sa form tracker na minamanage ko for report. And kanina, I know they were meeting a client for an hour. But pa eos nalang ako ay di pa sila nakapag audit and I was aligaga na with Herj doing the business review coz the reps performance was decreasing, and we're doing analysis and all that sht. Nagtanong pa si Herj sa akin kung pwede siya makahingi ng tulong dun sa dalawa since lagpas na nga ako sa eos and we need more info. To think that Herj asked me that when she's the TL. Tell me im too oa to rant about this, when we're doing our job but the other two were too ewan. I mean, the extra tasks were too much na, but I managed my tasks fine and i was able to finished my alloc wednesday palang. Nakakatulog pa nga ako ng 2 hrs sa work. I'm not even happy that ako pinili ng ops to partnered with the project that the client asked us to do. But mejo nagw-wonder ako at naiinis ako kasi parang they're just complaining for something na di magmakesense. Lahat kami ay same number lang ng alloc, but I got a lot more sa tasks and they are saying overworked sila but they cant even finish the alloc in a week. Di rin nila nagagawa ibang required tasks for months and Herj didnt get mad at them. So whyyy? I would understand if mas madami pa alloc nila sa akin. Kaso hindi, patas lang. Tas si J nga, both QA audits and Risk hinahandle nya, natatapos din niya. So whhyy?? Ako nga dapat magreklamo kasi i feel so underpaid with all the extra tasks i am handling right now. 😑
