Before Russia invaded Ukraine, they helped Trump win the 2016 election in hopes of destabilizing the USA, and they partially succeeded. After the USA and the world destabilized enough from Trump and Covid-19, Putin started putting his plans into action and invaded Ukraine.

The USA, still the richest country in the world, now under Biden has helped Ukraine stop Russia from winning that war.

While that's going on, China saw it all happening and knew that they could begin launching their plans to invade and conquer Taiwan.

That's 2 whole countries of people, along with many more waiting beside them. If Russia conquers Ukraine and China conquers Taiwan, that will give them momentum to do it again, and they will.
