This is very hurtful to me as a creator who loves one character so deeply, I dedicate hours of my life every day to her.

This is very disrespectful to the community Neil Gaiman has built, and it goes against every principle in his body.

Lastly, Sandflower is not a cishet ship. I have said and shared that multiple times.

I am really starting to feel like I'm not wanted... and I don't know what to do anymore. I simply exist in my corner. Don't treat me like that because I don't like something you do.

I am sorry for the sudden post, but I love what I do, and this type of asks really hurts me.

As a passionate Dreamling shipper, anon, I’m here to say and put this on my blog - I don’t want you, and people like you, interacting with me (or others if this is how you behave, fucking hell) in this fandom. This was horrifying to read as a Dreamling shipper. Not only is this message cruel and toxic, it’s just fucking unnecessary.

One person shipping something off in their happy corner of the internet has no bearing on you, your fandom experience, or your life in general.

Dreamling isn’t a “safe space”. No ship is a safe space for anyone or any sexuality. It’s a ship. Sandflower is a ship. Both can (AND SHOULD) exist happily in the same space and same fandom without an issue, so where the hell do you think you are coming from with this level of toxicity? Fuck off with that bullshit. Don’t come in here swinging the superiority bat.

I was able to read this and it is sooo good. Ghost story, check. Adorable characters, check.

It was a shorter read, but that didn’t matter. I could have read this in one day, if life would have let me sit down. As with all Michaela’s stories/books, I physically feel the all the feels. I highly recommend you check her out.

There is mention of a previous unaliving, so be aware of that.

Moving Assistance

So if you haven't read my other post on the matter, I'm a 36 year old on disability who currently lives in a house owned by my parents. I can't work at this time and I live on disability and food stamps - I get $667 a month to pay all my bills, including the big house bills like property tax and insurance.

A few weeks back, my parents told me they didn't approve of my housekeeping, accused me of hoarding and ruining the house because it's a bit cluttered, and said that they were going to sell the house and they wouldn't help me find somewhere to go unless I cleaned the house up before the sale.

Well, I took them at their word. They are incredible neat freaks (think vacuuming three times a day, hand cleaning floors at least once a day, not allowing ANYTHING to be out and visible) and there's no way I personally could manage to keep the house the way they want, so I found a new place to live - in Wisconsin, with my friend @archangelsanonymous.

Everyone who knows me has encouraged this move to get away from my parents. My therapist practically did a happy dance! My parents have been manipulative and controlling my entire life, and have actively worked to hobble me when I try to do stuff on my own. They've plainly stated their goal is to have control of all my finances and legal decisions because they don't approve of the way I budget my money.

When I told them about my decision, they laughed and told me I was stupid, tried to convince me they never threatened to sell the house, tried to paint this as me running away instead of just acceding to a reasonable request, tried to turn me against my friend, then started making up events that never happened to convince me I'm not thinking clearly and I should back out of the move.

I'm not going to back out. This will be good for me.

The plan is for me to move at the end of August 2022. I am taking the time before then to try and plan as much as possible.

I'll figure out a way to make this happen, one way or another, but it would be a hell of a lot easier if I had some help. I'm certainly not going to get any from home.

...and I'm probably forgetting something huge, but that's the brain fog caused by my meds for you. I'll update this post if I think of anything.

Lots of times I have multiple ideas that need to be started just so they are out of my head. Also, some times working on a longer project, I take breaks with other projects. At the moment, I have 3 works in progress and I’m thinking of starting a 4th one. It helps that I have multiple hooks of the same size. This was if a hook is in use and I need that size, I can just grab one that is available. What do you think these works are going to be?

One of my favorite things to do is make items that represent fandoms. I have recently been working on some anime items. There are 3 different beanie styles now, with the possibility of more. I have also put together bags and gauntlets. These are based off of the anime My Hero Academia and I’m working on adding more characters. Who’s your favorite character?

I’m slowly working at getting updated pictures of all my products. There are a fair amount, so getting all the pictures will take some time, but this is a good start. These are all ready to ship, so if you see something you like, let me know.
