I posted about Palestine on social media for years with zero interaction. No one wanted to talk about it and it has always seemed too far removed for americans to give a shit about.
So again I just want to remind people, it's never been like this before (in the us). This movement has always been here, but they can no longer bury it.
The fact that protests and boycotts have been sustained for going-on 6months, that's not nothing. This should be evidence to you that we can sustain the momentum, we must, and use this momentum for radical changes within ourselves, our habits, and our education.
We have the rest of the world to catch up with.

Unkind reminder when it comes to Genocide and ethnic cleansing, there is no "nuance".
Israel is committing ethnic cleansing and genocide. The Palestinians are suffering and have been for 75 years. So no again, no nuance here.

UPDATE: Hussam Bought Vegetables!
Hussam managed to put together 100 packages of vegetables for the families in Rafah camps. They were happy about this because vegetables are quite expensive in the markets.
The packages includes tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, lemon, and jalapenos.

The month of Ramadan is almost over.
This time Palestinians went through the most unspeakable things that must not be veiled nor forgotten. And remember that it's been going on for almost EIGHT decades.
Be especially vigilant during the last week of Ramadan. People will gather together in celebration, love, and gratitude to say their goodbyes to this significant and sacred month. Keep your keen eyes on Palestine. And be prepared for anything. No matter what happens, we must be ready to perform our best and provide ANY kind of help. Every coin counts, every shared link counts, every reblog counts. Don't underestimate the power of the smallest actions because they all make the difference and create opportunities for the change!
May Palestine be free. May people of Palestine be free. May Palestinians experience the beautiful month of Ramadan in peace for the first time in decades.
