no offense but when bi women complain about how some people within the community treat us, especially when we’re in relationships with men, and i see other lgbt people say “literally the whole world supports m/f relationships stop complaining about people on tumblr” it’s like…. god forbid bisexual women think getting support from their OWN community is important…. and this shit isn’t just on tumblr, a lot of people within the community spout biphobic rhetoric in real life also. i just don’t understand how people can reblog posts about how important it is that lgbt people support each other, and then get mad when bi women want that support and think it’s important? just because "heteronormative society supports m/f relationships uwu” doesn’t mean we can’t complain when we’re alienated from our own community…. lol

Okay Shadowhunters fans listen up. Season 3B is approaching and I need to make sure we’re all clear on some things. I know we are all sad that the show was cancelled and mad at freeform for how they treated the show, but I beg you all to not take your frustration out in the way some have before, which is not watching live or trying to watch in a way that wont benefit freeform. Now is not the time to do this, and frankly, that protest method has not worked in the past.

Instead I will ask you all to try your goddamn hardest to watch live on freeform or on the website, and if you’re abroad to watch asap on netflix. In fact, get people you know to watch as well. Convince friends and family to at least have the tv on on that channel while the show is on. Rewatch episodes as many times as you can on netflix and on the freeform website. We have to do whatever we can to get the ratings up for the show, because that is what networks look at.

If we have any hope of saving the show, it is this. If we can boost ratings everywhere for the show, we might convince another network to save the show. If netflix sees an increased interest in the show, they might decide to save it. Fundraising and billboards and hashtags are all incredible and got us noticed, but these networks are buisnesses and it’s how many people that actually show up to watch the show live/within first 24hrs on netflix that really matters to them.

Finally, while we’re all watching live, live tweet and live blog. We should try to get the show and #SaveShadowhunters trending every week, so use both tags, even if you are not able to watch live (so worldwide peeps, I might be asking a little more from you). Be loud and be proud and get people talking about Shadowhunters.

Our show might be cancelled but we’re not giving up. And even if this is the end for us, lets make sure no one can say we went down without a fight.

Eeeyyy, fellow Magnus stans, let’s list off about how much of a great person Magnus Bane is. I’ll start.

1) He loves children and treats them like his own

2) wants to make sure the Downworld is safe, even if it means getting himself hurt.

3) the most selfless person alive, constantly giving up things/hurting himself/getting fucked up and/or traumatized because he sacrificed his own wellbeing to help people around him

4) is compassionate and empathetic, constantly helps all other characters and gives them support and/or a shoulder to cry on/a willing ear

5) is just. such a good person. i love him. so much

7) i cant even like describe how Good he is

8) no matter what he has been through he is still the kindest person

9) he calls the downworld (and mundens maybe??) his children and family

10) he deserves the world but the world doesn’t deserve him. And regardless all that he still does everything in his power to help

11) he is this precious powerful amazing spectacular mesmerizing badass sweetest selfless person and I love him so much. my love for him is endless because he deserves to be loved always

12) doesn’t let his traumas define him, and actually learns from them and uses it to help others who are going through similar things

13) is literally the most selfless man alive

14) He’s badass, and doesn’t take shit from anyone, especially not the clave or other ignorant people

15) would put himself in danger in a heart beat if it meant protecting those he loves
