These are Columbia students. They realize the implications of telling us to go back to Poland specifically.

In 1968, the Poland purged us from all government offices and ethnically cleansed tens of thousands of us under the guise of “anti-Zionism”. Poland is still frighteningly antisemitic. 20% of Polish homes have antisemitic caricatures on display. President Andrzej Duda won reelection in 2020 on a platform of antisemitism and Queerphobia.

Normally I’d give young people the benefit of the doubt. How could they know? But these are Ivy League students. They’re among the smartest young adults in the United States. They know better. They know that the best outcome of Jewish immigration to Poland is a second-class citizenship, and that the most likely outcome is a repeat of history. They don’t want to save Gazans, they just want Jews to suffer.

As a teen I disliked dress codes but as an adult I genuinely hate them. Because there is just NO outfit a child could wear that would be distracting to me. There are no shorts that are short enough. No tank top or crop top. There is NOTHING a teenage girl could wear that would be distracting to me, and if another adult says they're distracted by a CHILD'S clothing.... no. Absolutely not

hey while we're reblogging this post i just want everyone to know that this post, while funny, shows a genuinely worrying trend in the trans community. while everyone is so furious about neopronouns, you are actively excluding people whose languages do not use the standard american/westernized pronoun sets of he/him or she/her or they/them. like, as funny as it is that someone genuinely could not tell the difference between neopronouns and non-english pronouns, i do genuinely think it fucking sucks that i can't even have my own goddamn languages pronouns in my bio without getting told i'm a mockery of ''actual trans struggles'', when i myself am a trans person.
