do you know if Logan’s Berry Crofters are still sold?

I don't think they have been sold since Thomas opened his new shop, unfortunately.

Have a random, super easy curry because I love you and want you to eat

250g lentils (red or whatever you have)

2 red onions (only had one red one, works with regular ones too)

2 garlic cloves (pressed)

10g ginger (cut into little pieces)

1 can of coconut milk

300ml water

1 pinch of cumin

1 pinch of ground chilantro

1 pinch of red pepper or chili

1 laurel leaf (or bay leaf???) take that out before you eat

Or whichever of those spices you have. Just season that stuff. Here you have a pic of my super unevenly cut onions and the other things you need.

Basically just throw it all in a pot and stir and cook that soup until the water is gone.

Leave it for 15 minutes and then eat healthy, my darlings. (I put in some tomato paste for red and fruity)

Gosh I wish I could feed all of you! Love you bunches.

Yummy yummy yummy!!!!

Do you have any recipes based off of Patton and Roman?

Avatar

I have a few in mind, but I have yet to test them.

For Roman I had imagined a delicious and easy-to-make banana split, and I plan on making chocolate crowns from white chocolate to make it very princely. I was also thinking about a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting (possibly colored so when you cut it the frosting makes a rainbow)

With Patton I feel I have a lot more leeway with what I could make. Since he is everyone's favorite Dad he would definitely be the bestest cook ever! I think some crepes (blueberry?) would be a great option, and the obvious heart shaped sugar cookies. With him I could probably shift into dinner foods as well with things like pasta. I was considering using Pat to make a series of quick and easy to make food items for those of us who may not have a lot of options at hand.

These are just some of my ideas though! My posts have been few and far between unfortunately because of my own inability to aquire some ingredients with my current funds so I thank everyone for being patient.

As always, submissions are open to anyone who has their own recipe to post!

Wow I'm getting a ton of attention on the Thumbprint cookies as of late, so thank you all so so much!

I do have some recipes in line that I just need some ingredients for, along with one that I have already made and just need to type up a post for (as to when that'll go up depends on how busy I am). Be on the lookout for those soon!

I would like to thank you all for helping this account grow. Remember that submissions are always open if you want to upload your own recipes, or if you can't you can always ask me directly.

Logan’s Crofter’s Thumbprint Cookies

Now, here’s something that appears a lot in the Sanders Sides fanfiction community!

There’s nothing more delicious than a freshly baked cookie, and combining it with the best jam in the world is guaranteed to make your taste buds Jell out loud! Now let’s get to it!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup of honey OR 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 large egg (¼ of a cup of unsweetened applesauce would make a good alternative)
  • ¾ cup of unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 1 jar of Crofter’s jam in the flavor of your choice (at least 1/3 of a cup)
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325° F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (this is important since the cookies will stick to the pan)
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt until evenly mixed.

3. In a separate bowl, place in the butter and honey (or sugar), and blend using a hand mixer. Continue mixing until the butter honey mixture is light and fluffy.

4. Once the butter and honey/sugar is ready, continue to use the hand mixer to beat in the egg and vanilla extract (this will take a few minutes to completely mix and may require a higher speed setting on the mixer). Once fully integrated, it should look something like this.

5. Turn your mixer to its lowest setting, and slowly begin blending in the flour mixture until the cookie dough is completely blended (I would recommend using a measuring cup to insert the flour mixture a little at a time to avoid the flour flying everywhere). The dough should look like this when completed.

6. Begin to roll the dough into balls around 1-inch thick, and, if using, roll the balls in the ¼ cup of sugar. Place the balls on the cookie sheet so that they are evenly spaced.

7. Using your thumb, press small holes going about half-way into the cookie balls. Begin filling the holes you made with jam using a spoon.

While the cookies are baking, make sure to clean all of the supplies you used (you don’t want more work to do later when you could be enjoying cookies) and maybe snack on some of your remaining Crofter’s jam in the meantime.

8. Place cookie sheet in the oven and cook for around 20 minutes or until the cookies are slightly browned on the edges.

9. Once the cookies are finished baking, set them out to cool for about 15 minutes. You could serve the cookies immediately or store them for around 5 days.

Enjoy!
