not to go off on a tangent but also not everyone can afford to go out and just get therapy at the drop of a dime. therapy is ideal and so needed for so many people but it’s just not that easy so stop shaming people for trying so desperately to find little joys all around them to hold on to so they DONT end up doing something drastic. people are trying and it’s really fucking hard sometimes
