Guys I came so close to euphoria only to have it walk out the door immediately I’m so sad

This lady came in with a condom stuck inside and I got so excited over coming across a simultaneously Classic but Mythical patient that I immediately started prepping the room but while I was busy with that the provider warned her that success was not guaranteed so she left

Bless my brother his life is so much harder than it needs to be bc of some of his autistic traits and I really am trying to be more accommodating and understanding but when he puts on the racist puppet show in the car without wearing headphones and insists he has no other choice bc it’s a new video it makes me wanna throw his phone out the window

I heard a radio ad for a diamond company try to argue that “real” diamonds are better because they don’t lose value over time and skdhmsbdmdhks bro why would anyone in their right mind purchase an engagement ring with the intention of reselling it within their lifetime?

I was talking about home-buying with the new PA at the clinic and mentioned that I’d like to have property in my hometown but can’t because gentrification and foreign “investors” have driven up prices way past affordable levels and the guy just responded with “well it’s good to live in a highly valued place”

Had I not been so bewildered at that moment I would have been overcome with murderous rage

I hate the “investor” mindset I hate how big purchases have become about resell value rather than how they can serve you I hate how belongings have lost personal value

If I’m buying a house, a car, something along those lines, I’m keeping it until either one of us dies or some major life event happens
