Moira watched with only the slightest tilt of her head as the specimen scrambled into view, only to very visibly attempt to hide. Of course, it had neglected to cover the thick tail that now spanned about a foot long, leaving it’s ‘surprise attack’ rather lacking in the element of…surprise. Moira was no animal behaviorist, but she knew about them on a biological level, and understood the actions and instincts derived of their internal workings. To train them, however, was another matter entirely. If only their resident behaviorist wasn’t so opposed to the very existence of this creature…
Showing engagement was certainly important, but Moira was not especially expressive (unless it was a display of disdain or exasperation…she was quite practiced in those). Thus, she could only offer a sly smile as she crouched down closer to the hybrid.
“Oh my, how frightening…” She mused, giving the small creature a once over. Its coloration had not changed from an uncanny milky white, but it seemed healthy regardless. “You’ve grown, too. I wonder, are you hungry?”

After her ‘attack’ had been so perfectly executed, and she was rewarded with something close to a reaction from her human, Indominus looked up at her with a toothy grin. She couldn’t be more happy to see the result of her fine prowess, and even being offered something like a treat for her efforts? Tilts her head to one side upon hearing the question, and immediately chirps in response to it, never thinking of disagreeing with something like food. She waited patiently, always perfectly fine with needing to wait more if the end of it was with her gaining something quite tasty. Amber-colored eyes always watching the woman whenever she visited, and it was all she could remember from her first breaths after hatching what seemed like so long ago. Even during the surgery where they placed something in her back, she remembered this one being there to guide her through the terrifying process of others being there, prodding and making sure she was well enough afterwards. Now, with all that in the past, Indominus knew this one was someone solid she could trust. | @talonedbanshee |
