Hello everyone! Sign-ups have officially closed (although honestly I'm pretty flexible so if you know anyone who'd like to join, feel free to still send them this way). Aaaand..... We have just under two months until the due date! All stories are due August 5th. If you haven't started yet, that's ok! That's 750 words a month or less than 250 a week. You can do this!! I will also be sending out an e-mails reminder next week and doing a little check-in. (Don't worry, you're not required to be at a certain point or anything). Hope everyone is having a great June and I wish you lots creativity and word flow for your fics! (Yeah, I tend to be cheesy).
5 MORE DAYS FOR SIGN-UPS! What is it? A fic challange for the BTS/Bangtan fandom using songs by other Korean artists as inspiration.
How does it work? Go to the link above and follow the directions. You blindly choose one of the available song prompt bundles (labeled by letter) and e-mail your choice along with your AO3 username. In return you’ll get the three (surprise) songs associated with your choice. Choose one song and write a fic of 1500+ words.
Any other restrictions? Not really. I want people to be able to be inspired however they see fit so that means you can use the song how you want and you can use any rating/genre/pairing/platonic/etc that you want. It just needs to hit the word count, to be primarily BTS fandom, and to be labeled appropriately (which includes mentioning in the note which song you chose and how you used it for inspiration).
Timeline: Sign-ups close at the end of May. Fics are due by August 5th. You can follow the tumblr too: @btssongfic

Excited to have so many people sign up! Half the prompts have now officially been claimed although if it looks like there will be a lot more sign-ups this month then I can easily add more.
