Fiery Protection salad

It took me two days to get this written down but here is something you all can make even if you are not Wicca,pagan,neo-wicca etc

½ head red cabbage

1 red bell pepper (or green,if red isn’t available)

1 red onion

2 radishes

 ½ cup cider vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

1 tablespoon mixed,dried basil,parsley and rosemary

⅛ teaspoon fresh minced garlic

Black pepper to taste

 Cut the onion in half.

Rub the salad bowl with cut side of one of the halves

Put that half on paper towel then put under sink to absorb negativity [Make sure to throw it out the next day away from your homestead/property]

Cut other onion piece into two pieces and put away one part for future use in other cooking.

Firmly dice other piece of onion visualizing each cut of the knife driving away negativity.

Smell the onions protective aroma

Core and shred cabbage

Core and slice peppers into long pointed pieces

Thinly slice the radishes [ Visualize!]  

Add Vegetables to bowl

Crumble dried basil,parsley and rosemary between your fingers into a bottle with tight lid

 Add cider vinegar and olive oil.

Pour in minced garlic

Shake well just before serving

Serve over salad

Add pepper to salad to your own tastes
