I guess he's trying to say that part of the photo is real and they did basically a content fill because the background of the photo would have outed the person who gave them the photo???
But the teeth are fucked up so I assume they also did content fill on the area around her mouth. I would believe that maybe her hairline down to around her nose is from a real photo. Also the neck and cheek could be real, but the side facing away from the camera is so fucked.
Maybe she was hugged up against someone in the picture and this was their way of trying to protect that person's identity, but this is such a weird goddamn way to do it. Especially without mentioning it at all. There's a lot of tasteless hacks working for Netflix.
